Request permanent deletion of your Footlith account and data
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you submit an account deletion request, the following will occur:
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- All your personal data will be removed from our systems
- Your subscription will be cancelled (no refunds for remaining time)
- You will lose access to all premium features and predictions
- Your prediction history will be deleted
- This action cannot be undone
Before You Delete
Please note:
- Make sure to cancel your subscription through your app store before deleting your account
- Download any data you wish to keep before submitting this request
- You can contact support@footlith.site if you have questions
Alternative Options
If you're not sure about deleting your account, consider these alternatives:
- Cancel Subscription: Keep your account but cancel premium features
- Take a Break: Simply stop using the app - your data will remain secure
- Contact Support: Reach out to support@footlith.site to discuss your concerns
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance
- Transaction records may be retained as required by law
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
